1. Panna cotta

Relax the gelatin in plenty of cold water. Bring the cream with the BROVER tomato delight to the boil and then stir in the relaxed gelatin sheet. Season with salt and pepper and pour everything into verrines. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.

2. Editing

On the basis of the Panna Cotta, arrange the rest of the side ingredients harmoniously in this order: onion sprouts, minced roast chicken, sliced BROVER hearts of palm, BROVER candied tomatoes and finally the salad. Finish by seasoning with white balsamic cream. Serve the verrines with breadsticks before serving.
