Hearts of Palm

Whole palm hearts, of premium quality, grown and processed in the north-east of Peru.

BROVER palm hearts are very homogeneous: no conical stem, no “fibrous” hearts (hard to cut).

They have a beautiful white colour, a balanced taste and a good hold.

Their particularity: a thin calibre, 8 to 12 hearts per 4/4 case.
