1. Bread dough
Divide the bread dough into 6 and roll it out into a rectangle 16 cm long by 12 cm wide. Roll the 2 long edges of the dough until they meet. Arrange the bread dough on a baking sheet, spread the sausages 3 to 4 cm apart in the middle and incorporate the basic filling (grated cheese mixed with the egg) on the 6 navettes. Stir for 45 minutes and bake at 200°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
2. Editing
We offer 3 variations of fruit shuttles. After completely cooling, poach the pastry cream and place the shiny fruit.
