Flash the ciabattas at 240 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes. Open the loaves and toast them on each side. Spread Black Olive Delight on the sole of the ciabatta. Alternately place slices of cheese, pieces of eggplant and cured ham. Add a little arugula and Kalamata olives.
