BROVER pre-fried onions are made from fresh, high-quality onions from different varieties.
Once cut, the onions are fried in virgin olive oil, pasteurized and packaged so that they are ready to use.
The BROVER BiB (Bag in Box) packaging consists of heat-sealed high-barrier pouches. It allows for optimised product handling, easier storage and a reduced volume of waste once the bag is empty.
Available in 4/4, 5/1 box and 3 kg pocket BIB
