Dried figs are fruits that dry naturally in the sun and do not undergo any treatment.

Baglama figs : These are the most beautiful figs that are selected. They are attached to each other at the tail level by a raffia, like a pearl necklace.

Lerida figs: They come in the form of a disc. Flattened, they are always arranged tightly in columns.

Pulled Figs : They are thick and fleshy. Their shape is perfect for making filled figs!

Fig Layers: These are figs separated from the tail and opened in a fan shape. In general, these are the least beautiful fruits, a little torn.
