Our soft dates are from the Deglet Nour variety and are grown in Tunisia.

Once harvested, the dates are sorted, graded and pitted. They then slightly rehydrated. Finally, each bag of soft dates is pasteurized to guarantee better preservation.

This process gives each soft date an incomparable melting texture, with a delicate taste of honey.

There are no additives or preservatives.
