  • a buttered rectangular frame of 16x3cm

1. Crescent roll dough

Make the croissant dough. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2.5 mm. Cut out 9 strips 16 cm wide. Layer them by putting the associated spread between each layer. Cut out the strips 2.5 cm wide. Place them in a 16×3 cm buttered frame. Stir for 1 hour 30 minutes then bake at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes.
