1. Clafoutis
Place the drained mirabelle plums in an even layer in a buttered
mould In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add the sifted flour and the pinch of salt, then mix well.
Pour in the milk and melted butter while continuing to mix until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Pour the mixture over the mirabelle plums in a buttered mould, making sure to cover them well.
2. Cooking
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in an oven at 180°C until the clafoutis is golden brown and the dough is set.
Let cool to room temperature before sprinkling with icing sugar if necessary.
