1. Club sandwich assembly

On two slices of polar bread, place the arugula, guacamole, BROVER caramelized onions and sliced fried chicken in successive layers. Overlay mounting. Garnish with Kalamata BROVER olives and tomato pearls on a skewer. Set aside in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before cutting the sandwich.
