1. Bread

Put all the ingredients in the mixer and knead for 4 minutes on low speed and 8 minutes on medium speed. Remove the vat and leave to point for 30 minutes. Punch down and roll into a bastard, then flour and scarify. Leave to rise for 40 minutes and bake for 40 minutes at 250°C. After completely cooling, cut into nice slices and toast them.

2. Editing

Spread cheese cream on your slices of bread and place the BROVER antipasti vegetables and young seasonal salad shoots.
