These are only suggestions! These combinations can be used on all types of recipes. Try them with rice pudding, panna cotta, semi freddo, sabayon, tiramisu.
Slices and segments of oranges and mandarins are brilliantly used in the decoration of individual desserts, verrines, cocktails, soft drinks. The segments alone can make a delicious take-away preparation: a mandarin salad flavored with rose water and in which you have placed a few dates. You can also add ginger to the salad for a more full-bodied recipe!
