Smooth, highly concentrated sauce with added oil and herbs. Use: ready-to-use or cut-to-cut pizza sauce with water, up to 2/3 sauce to 1/3 water.
La 12 flavoured sauce: 5/1 box. Brix 11-12
Smooth, concentrated sauce, with added oil and aromatics. Use: ready-to-use pizza sauce.
La Pizzata: 5/1 and 4/4 box. Brix Smooth sauce made with semi-reduced tomato puree, tomato pulp, onions and vegetable oil.
